Approach: Free to identify any non-profit we wanted to support, we came to the conclusion to create a campaign around AI and its ability to produce realistic-looking misinformation. We decided to have both a side-by-side comparison between an AI-looking image and a "realistic image" (that was also AI), as well as a photo with AI-generated additions to it. This shows how different uses of AI can create falsehoods in which most people could never tell something was off.
Challenges: Working on two separate designs for the same campaign with a partner created communication challenges, especially in the tight deadlines set by the project.
